Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate and snacks, we do not accept physical returns to ensure food safety and quality. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right with a refund or replacement.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging it arrived in, and your packing slip within 7 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and the photos you took so we can verify the issue with your Feastables treats.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a full refund or a fresh replacement shipment is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or a new tracking number will be sent for your replacement snacks.
